After a back to back morning of sauna, meditation, Yoga practice and several clients I took a mid-day break to head down to the beach and jump into the ocean.

I came back up to my house and did my last Skype coaching session of the day in my bikini with ocean water dripping wet hair :-))

Just as my session ended my friend texted me:

Ocean dip?

YES! It’s friggin hot and I want to get back in that cool dream scene!
It’s time for round 2 dippety doo.

I cruised down the hill and met her and we caravanned back down to the beach.

As we drove I was oodling at how much fun I was having.

I am following one of my best friends as she revs through the twists and turns of Montecito in her new super foxy black Porsche and I am wearing nothing but my leopard print Brazilian bikini, freshly made green juice in hand singing along with Pharrell as he raises the vibration of the planet with HAPPY.

I was blissing.

We parked down at the same beach where I had just been swimming hours before, walked down to the seashore and the first thing I see is a dolphin leaping out of the ocean.

I looked at my girl and said:

I am going to go swimming with those lil pippins.

I threw down my towel, kicked off my sandals, flung off my sunglasses and ran into the sea and swam as fast as I could out towards a small pod of about 6-8 dolphins who were leaping and playing.

I have been swimming with wild dolphins many times in the Bahamas but this was the first time that I have ever been this close to our lil Pacific babies

Whenever I swim with the dolphins I talk to them in a high pitched tongue enhanced squeal that they seem to love.

People have always called me the Dolphin Girl when I am around the dolphins because they are always drawn to me and swirl their love mojo all around my everything.

Shortly after getting into the Sea I started my lil dolphin call and a stand up paddle boarder who could see the birds eye view of what was happening said:

They like you and they love that sound you are making and they are coming to play with you.

And then they were right there with me…jumping and frolicking and sparkling their high frequency LOVELIGHTBLISS all around me.

I played in their aquamarine playground with them for awhile and then they cruised up the coast and I started to swim in.

And when I was about half way in they came back and did a few more flips around me.

When I came back to shore and was laying out in the Sun a few people came up to me and said:

We were watching you play with the dolphins…we have never seen anything like that before!

And I said I have never had that experience before.
It’s a lifelong dream come true for me to play with dolphins in my home town.

As the crow flies, that beach, my beach, that I go to all the time is about 1/2 mile from where I grew up in Montecito.

Right here in the bay where I grew up swimming out the raft and hanging out at my God Parent’s beach house and sneaking into the Miramar Pool and getting chased out by Jacques the Miramar bicycle guardman and kayaking in the ocean with my dear ole dad.

Right here.
Right smack dab in a regular day doing what I do all the time when I am here.
Pure magic.
Today a big ole dream came true that I have dreamed about my entire life.
It happened right here.
Right where I am.

So remember to dive into this moment.
Swim after your dreams.
And don’t give up.
There is so much LOVELIGHTBLISS for you here
