Anne’s Human Design class has to be one of the best classes I’ve had at Esalen. I truly learned so much about myself and it gave me comfort in understanding and accepting myself. Anne has a gift when it comes to teaching, especially at Esalen. She does an incredible job of incorporating nature into her classes and giving students space to ponder and integrate without distraction. This was the highest participation class that I’ve been to at Esalen, where everyone continued to show up to every class and actively participate. The participation fact truly shows she is doing the work that is meant for her and is having an impact on all of her students.
Anne keeps the class interactive, interesting, and makes it simple for everyone. The tools she taught us are things that I will carry with me for life just like a meditation course. I thought HD was more just for fun but it has truly been eye opening for me! The last thing that I would like to add is that Anne is full of love and openness. She’s so willing to share all of her knowledge — not just with Human Design. It was wonderful having her loving partner alongside her and to see their love and respect for each other. This entire week was spectacular and I know that many more people will benefit greatly from Anne’s class.
