In the Human Design workshop I learned about my human design, and feel that the information was digested in a way that will impact my future… a true paradigm shift.
Anne joined us on the path of learning, while holding clear boundaries for time and energy, calling out any “rabbit holes” that could steal precious focus, and clarifying for students very specifically what ingredients were necessary for our senses to best integrate new information. Her stand that “resistance is welcome” in her work created a safe, inclusive space that also pushed boundaries in terms of breakthroughs. She had an incredible team set up to address questions, issues and support. Her possibility of opulent essentialism truly shone through in the sanctuary of the Murphy house. She taught respect for the land, Esalen leadership, and for diversity. I am so blessed to have been in her tutelage, and to be a part of the future she ushers in with her education and clear dedication to personal self mastery.
